I can't reset my password
I no longer have access my email address
In order to reset your account password, you will need to be able to access the mailbox associated with the email address that you used to create your Kolekto account. If you don't have access to this address, here are some options:
- Regain access to the email address if possible
- Reach out to our support team via live chat.
- If neither of the above work for your situation, you can also create a new account with a new email address.
Please be advised that while we are able to update the email address associated with your account, you will need to approve the new email address before you can continue using your account.
Didn't get the password reset email?
Although it is uncommon, sometimes password reset emails can find their way into your Spam / Junk folder. Please check in there. If you still haven't received it, contact our support staff via live chat and they will be able to resend the email to your registered address.
Reset link has expired
For security reasons, the password reset link that we send to you will expire 1 hour after it has been issued. If you attempt to access it after this period, you will receive a notice that it has expired. If this happens, please request a new one by visiting the Forgotten Password page.
