Manage email preferences
We hate spam just as much as everyone else, which is why we've made it easy for you to manage your email preferences. By managing your preferences, you can choose which notifications Kolekto sends to your inbox to help reduce clutter and only get notified about the things that matter to you.
We have organized emails into several handy categories so you can easily control them via the app:

Service updates and latest news
Emails containing important updates to the Kolekto service, or announcements about latest news and new features to the platform. -
Account security
From time to time, we will review the security of our users' accounts to ensure that they are as safe as possible. Part of this process means we may send security updates to customers via email. -
Marketing emails
Get notified when we launch new features or send marketing information out to customers. -
Login activity
If enabled, you will receive email notifications when your Kolekto account is accessed. We will send information regarding the location of the login, and the device that was used. -
Marketplace message received
Receive a new email when a fellow user sends a message to you via the Kolekto Marketplace. -
Marketplace offer received
Get notified via email when a potential customer sends you a Best Offer for your Marketplace listings. -
Marketplace offer accepted
Receive an email notification when a seller accepts your Best Offer for a Marketplace item. -
Marketplace offer declined
Notification email sent when a seller declines your Best Offer for a Marketplace item.
You can easily manage your email notification preferences by following the instructions below.
- Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu
- Click on Email Preferences
- Enable or disable your preferences by toggling the switches
There is no need to press a "save" button, your preferences are updated whenever you toggle one of the switches.
