Adding a new payment method

We will always attempt to take payment for your Kolekto subscriptions using the card details that you entered when you signed up. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to change your payment card (due to an expired, or lost or stolen credit card).

Follow the instructions below to add a new payment card to your account.

Desktop instructions

  1. Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on Billing Preferences
  3. Click on New Payment Method in the top right-hand corner
  4. Enter the details of the new payment card.
  5. Finally click Add Payment Method to save the changes.

Mobile instructions

  1. Tap on Settings in the menu
  2. Tap on Billing
  3. Tap on in the header.
  4. Enter the details of the new payment card.
  5. Finally tap Create Payment Method to save the changes.
