Are there items I cannot sell?

While we try to keep the Kolekto Marketplace free and open to all kinds of collectibles, there are a few items that cannot be listed for sale. The following list is not exhaustive, but should act as a reference point when deciding if it's possible to sell your item. If you need to know whether a specific item can be listed, we suggest reaching out to our Customer Service team via live chat. They will be able to provide more information and clarify whether you're item falls into any restricted categories.

The following items cannot be sold via the Kolekto Marketplace:

• Stolen property; counterfeit or otherwise fraudulent items
• Live ammunition, explosives and chemicals
• Prescription medication and illicit substances
• Tobacco, alcohol or otherwise age-related items
• Pornography of any kind
• Real estate, stocks and other securities
• Credit and debit cards
• Human remains and body parts
• Non-tangible assets (including, but not limited to cryptocurrency, NFTs

Any listings found to be containing these items will be removed, without prior warning, by our moderation team. Users who repeatedly list prohibited items for sale may have their account deactivated.
